WHY??

My question is Why does your Drivers License Picture have to look so bad. Is it the camera or the blue background..or the combination of both. Just got my new Drivers License..and I look horrid in the picture. My hair looks like its black and its blond and I look like I weigh about 250 pounds and even being pregnant I don't weigh that much. Its amusingly funny that it looks that bad. Oh well I only have to have it for the next two years..I can live with that. At least it now says Julie Hoogenboom. Its becoming more real...
